Responsibilities
Mentor and coach all staff through positive reinforcement
Conduct in-class and remote training and all administrative support for this function
Observe practice of teller fundamentals at branch locations
Complete evaluations to assess performance, improvement, impact of training, and development plans
Monitor teller variations and maintain documentation
Assist department supervisor in development and implementation of new training
Provide branch staff support through monitoring and coaching at branch locations
Provide branch support by answering questions and resolving problems
Review, maintain, and create enhancements for existing policies, procedures, and training materials
Keep training area stocked with supplies, clean, and orderly
Test any enhancements to the operating systems
Cover for branches when necessary

Required
12-18 months credit union/banking experience
High School diploma or equivalent
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to problem solve using resources available
Well organized and detail-oriented
Proficient Computer Skills (core and ancillary systems, Microsoft Office)
Preferred
Corporate training experience
