Responsibilities

Employee Engagement: Organize company engagement meetings using tools like Doodle, ensuring participation and alignment with team schedules.
Onboarding Support: Assist in onboarding processes to ensure new hires feel welcomed and integrated.
Event Coordination: Plan and execute inclusive holiday events and activities that celebrate diversity and foster connection.
Time Off Management: Assist with scheduling and tracking employee time off, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
Social Media Content: Create or assist in crafting LinkedIn posts to highlight employee achievements and milestones, promoting a positive company culture.
Employee Advocacy: Serve as a resource to help employees feel engaged, valued, and excited about their contributions to the organization.

Required

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Healthcare Administration, HR, or a related field.
Interest in employee engagement, HR, and workplace culture.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Familiarity with tools like Doodle and LinkedIn is a plus.
