Responsibilities
Plan, market, and facilitate meaningful employee experience programs that align with organizational objectives and improve employee engagement.
Host and manage Digital in 30 webinars, raising employee awareness on emerging digital trends to embed cloud transformation across Carrier
Build and support communities of practice (CoPs) and other culture programs that foster collaboration, innovation, and shared learning across the organization.
Partner with cross-functional teams and DT leaders to develop consistent, effective employee experience initiatives.
Collaborate with Digital communications to support logistics and coordination for key functional events such as TownHalls, Summits, etc.
Monitor and evaluate the quality of employee experience programs using surveys, feedback sessions, and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
Align KPIs and tracking metrics to strategic Digital goals and enhance the transfer of experience/knowledge to daily work
Enhance the digital employee experience ecosystem by aligning systems and processes with engagement initiatives.

Required
5+ years of experience in employee engagement, digital learning, or related fields, including experience in digital content creation, needs analysis, and program delivery.
High School Diploma or GED
Preferred
Experience in designing and deploying employee engagement or digital learning content within a global corporate environment.
Strong understanding of digital unified communication tools and best practices (Teams, ZOOM, Viva Engage, etc.)
Passionate about improving employee experiences with a 'can-do' attitude and ability to manage ambiguity!
