Responsibilities

Employee Relations will serve as primary investigator for technology incidents involving data loss violations end to end, including producing clear, concise investigation summaries, remediation documentation and utilizing a centralized case management system

Review large Excel reports, analyze and synthesize information from multiple sources

Use Excel to analyze data and metrics

Provide outreach coordination support to team members

Participate and lead data loss prevention status meetings, research incidents and flagging escalations for follow up

Update data loss prevention status tracker

Draft data loss prevention remediation documentation for review by Risk Operations Manager

As an Employee Relations, you will collaborate with stakeholders across functional areas and P&C

Provide general support as assigned for the Employee Relations/Risk Operations Team
