Responsibilities

Project manage ES programs and strategic initiative projects based on the needs of the Global Corporate Functions ES team, including the EA Community and special projects for the GCF V.P.

Develop and facilitate learning circles, drive stakeholder alignment, coordinate cross-functional initiatives.

Manage projects and programs effectively to meet deadlines and deliverables; communicate proactively with stakeholders if there are obstacles.

Proactively look for opportunities to meet internal customer and stakeholder needs, improve learner experience, and innovate on current learning experiences.
