Responsibilities
Handle employment litigation cases, with some involvement in commercial litigation.
Provide legal support on employee handbooks, employment contracts, and daily client inquiries.
Draft EEOC position statements and other legal documents.
Work independently with minimal supervision.
Collaborate with a small team to deliver high-quality legal services.

Required
Licensed to practice law in DC, Maryland, or Virginia
Minimum 7 years of experience in employment litigation
Ability to work independently and manage cases with little to no supervision
Strong drafting and communication skills
Preferred
Experience with both national and international clients
Experience in commercial litigation
Willingness to work remotely, with occasional in-person meetings as needed
