Responsibilities

Do you enjoy handling labor & employment litigation matters?

Are you looking for an opportunity to work in a role where you are never required to be in the office and you can work while living anywhere in the United States?

Latitude is seeking an attorney with at least four years of labor & employment litigation experience (either defense or plaintiff side) for an opportunity to work completely remote with an AmLaw 100 law firm with offices throughout California.

The successful candidate should enjoy working as part of a dynamic team and have significant experience handling written discovery, motion work, depositions and court hearings.

The law firm is open to candidates interested in engagement work and/or a permanent position.

The successful candidate must be licensed in California.

Experience handling PAGA and/or wage and hour claims is a plus, but is not required.
