Responsibilities
Handling all aspects of a case, including but not limited to, drafting pleadings, taking/defending depositions, discovery, motion practice, and alternative dispute resolution.

Required
At least 4 years working on Plaintiff's side Employment Litigation, specializing in wrongful termination and FEHA-based claims
Ability to work independently and remotely, with minimal supervision.
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Preferred
Experience with wage and hour claims is a plus
Spanish fluency is a plus
