Responsibilities
Work on the Oracle NMS project, specifically the Oracle Flex SCADA component.
Customize and configure the Oracle Flex SCADA module to meet project needs.
Integrate the SCADA system with the existing OSI EMS system.
Define and manage data points for SCADA and EMS integration.
Ensure synchronization of data using ICCP protocol.
Work with various RTU protocols, primarily DNP3.
Collaborate closely with Oracle project managers and distribution management system teams.

Required
Experience SCADA.
Experience with OSI Monarch EMS system
Familiarity with DNP3 (over serial or IP) and ICCP protocols.
Experience with Oracle databases to populate, manipulate, and synchronize data.
Knowledge of Oracle’s utility suite of products is highly desirable.
Proficiency in PL/SQL and scripting languages such as Python and shell scripting.
Preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
