Responsibilities
Collaboration: Work closely with fellow E2E Integration Leaders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) from diverse product teams, including Software Engineering, Product Management, and UX, to understand business requirements, integration flows, and interdependencies between applications and systems.
Communication: Facilitate effective communication within and across Integration Squads and other technology and business functions to ensure alignment and transparency in integration efforts.
Process Improvement: Utilize your Systems, Technical, and Functional knowledge to identify opportunities for enhancing integration processes through automation and re-engineering, aiming for optimal speed and coverage in E2E integration testing.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with Integration Squad SMEs to devise effective E2E integration testing strategies for critical, financially impacting releases, while conducting multiple working sessions on a weekly basis.
Backlog Management: Oversee process improvements within the Pivotal Tracker Backlog, ensuring that enhancements are prioritized and addressed effectively.
Design & Implementation: Actively participate in the design, build, and implementation of process improvements to strengthen our integration capabilities.
Knowledge Sharing: Continuously enhance and maintain a centralized Integration Knowledge-base to minimize knowledge gaps across teams and promote a culture of learning.
Tool Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of enterprise-wide tools aimed at driving test automation, enhancing software quality, and empowering engineering teams.
Innovation Champion: Advocate for innovative solutions to complex problems, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.
Continuous Learning: Dedicate at least 10% of your time to learning new integration techniques, automation tools, and test environment planning and control to stay ahead in the industry.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience in systems engineering, integration management, or a related role.
Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and integration methodologies.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive collaboration across multiple departments.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with automation tools and test management platforms (e.g., Pivotal Tracker).
A problem-solver with strong analytical skills and an innovative mindset.
