Responsibilities
Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve recurring technical issues related to desktops, laptops, and other end user devices.
Desktop Management: Manage and maintain desktop images, software deployments, and configurations.
Deployment Support: Assist with the deployment of new hardware and software to end users.
Root Cause Analysis: Conduct thorough investigations to identify the root cause of recurring issues and implement effective solutions.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of processes, procedures, and solutions.
Collaboration: Work closely with an existing team member to share knowledge, prioritize tasks, and ensure seamless support for end users.

Required
5+ years of experience in end user computing or a related field.
Strong understanding of Windows operating systems, desktop hardware, and common end user applications.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
Experience with desktop deployment tools and methodologies (e.g., SCCM, Intune, imaging).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Must be located within the United States.
