Responsibilities
Assist in managing and supporting Windows and Mac devices using Microsoft Intune and Jamf.
Help develop and implement endpoint management policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with security standards and company policies.
Troubleshoot and resolve basic issues related to endpoint devices and management tools.
Collaborate with IT and security teams to enhance endpoint security and performance.
Monitor and report on the health and performance of endpoint devices.
Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in endpoint management.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience in managing Windows and Mac devices using Intune and Jamf.
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
Understanding of endpoint security practices and tools.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred
Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, Jamf Certified Associate) are a plus.
