Responsibilities
Junior member of a team supporting the administration of HCL BigFix Platform and its components. Duties include but are not limited to:
Ticketing system triage and ticket handling
User account management
Support and assist senior BigFix team members with complex tasks
Direct interface with client staff in meetings and conference calls
Ability to implement registry changes, install/configure software, and perform other actions through scripting or other automated methods is strongly preferred
Capacity to learn in a large, complex environment
100% remote delivery
Occasional after-hours or weekend support required

Required
Bachelor's Degree (Computer Science, Information Security)
2-5 years IT experience
Windows and MacOS technical support experience
IT ticketing system experience (ServiceNow, Freshworks, Spiceworks)
Windows application administration and troubleshooting experience
Proficient in MS O365 suite
Preferred
Endpoint Management application experience (HCL BigFix Platform)
Programming, scripting, or coding experience. (eg. PowerShell, bash, VB, RegEx, SQL)
Previous experience performing ticket handling or queue management in ServiceNow
