Responsibilities

Provide expert legal advice on matters related to renewable energy projects, battery storage, EPC contracts, carbon capture, and low-carbon technologies.

Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts, including power purchase agreements, EPC agreements, and other transactional documents related to energy projects.

Advise on compliance strategies to mitigate legal risks and ensure alignment with industry standards.
