Required
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field, or substantial field experience with a proven path to leadership.
20+ years leading EPC projects in natural gas, solar, and BESS, managing projects valued at $250M+ with a track record of success.
In-depth knowledge of construction costs at both project and unit levels.
Skilled in contract negotiation and administration.
Proven track record in leading large, cross-functional teams.
Focused on mentoring, problem-solving, and driving exceptional results in high-pressure environments.
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business development skills and a deep understanding of customer decision-making processes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Confident in delivering persuasive presentations and building consensus across teams.
Sharp problem-solver who breaks down complex challenges, identifies core issues, and creates innovative solutions while managing multiple priorities.
