Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact and trusted advisor for contractors in the field, cultivating strong relationships to enhance program participation, success, and quality assurance/quality control objectives.
Conduct field visits with contractors to provide hands-on training and identify areas for improvement.
Oversee the implementation of program goals, key performance indicators, and project timelines.
Develop and facilitate tailored training initiatives aligned with program objectives to enhance performance in delivering energy-efficient installations and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Create and monitor necessary KPIs associated with contractor performance in energy efficiency projects.
Regularly collaborate with contractors to enhance performance, resolve issues, and promote success.
Analyze performance data to determine areas for process optimization within energy efficiency project delivery.
Recommend and implement improvements to boost overall efficiency and project outcomes.
Participate in project planning, measure launch plans, and reporting tasks.

Required
Willingness to travel up to 80% locally within the state of California (Central Valley and Bay Area).
5+ years of experience in the energy efficiency industry, with a robust understanding of the contractor landscape and networks.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build trust and rapport with individuals and businesses from diverse backgrounds.
Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Passion for sustainability, energy efficiency, and the mission of the organization.
Preferred
Current or previous holder of General Contracting, HVAC, and/or plumbing license.
Bachelor's degree in energy management, business administration, sustainability, or a related field.
Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and web-based applications.
Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented with a proven track record of successful project management.
