Responsibilities

Overall direction, management, quality control, and completion of project deliverables

Managing project budgets, timelines, processes, and tasks with minimal oversight

Facilitating the progress of multiple projects and bringing them to conclusion

Proactively communicating project progress to management and clients

Interacting with customers, clients, and external collaborators

Conducting market research and data analysis

Tracking of industry trends and other market changes that impact energy efficiency

Organizing and facilitating virtual meetings and conference calls

Conducting outreach to industry stakeholders

Subcontractor management, including invoicing

Conducting literature searches

Required

A bachelor's degree preferably in an energy-related or policy-related discipline, including environmental, electrical or mechanical engineering, public policy or economics degrees

A minimum of two years of work related experience

Will also accept well qualified candidates with at least four years of work related experience in lieu of a degree

Demonstrated ability to conduct detailed technical and quantitative analysis

Intermediate experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational and project management skills

Excellent attention to detail

Ability to work and thrive independently

Willingness to conduct occasional business travel

Enthusiasm for working within a diverse, collaborative team

Preferred

Technical experience in the field of lighting, HVAC, water heating, envelope, industrial processes, electric vehicles, demand response, distributed generation, and related technology solutions

Experience with energy codes and standards and/or specification development

Familiarity with task management software such as Monday.com
