Responsibilities

Build and maintain an active sales and business development role with a focus on the Energy Market

Establish client and project plans aligned with practice and market objectives

Supervise, develop, and mentor direct reports

Manage team workflow for efficiency and profitability

Prepare change orders and addenda to contracts

Coordinate internal work activities to provide seamless client service

Make significant decisions impacting markets and operations

Required

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Bachelor's degree from an ABET accredited engineering program or equivalent training and experience

Licensed Professional Engineer

10+ years' experience working in the energy field or on energy related projects

Preferred

Energy related experience – design and/or field related

PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification

CEM (Certified Energy Manager) Certification

Experience working with local clients at the county and state level

Experience working with/for national and regional energy clients and ESCo’s

Project management and business development experience

Experience managing multidiscipline project teams
