Responsibilities

Support reporting to clients and program funders
Be responsible for learning, applying, and staying up to date on a body of technical knowledge relating to energy resource efficiency and decarbonization
Apply knowledge to maintain and update program/process documentation and program metrics
Grow body of knowledge over time based on client and project needs
Track and review program applications and communicate program updates and general information clients and funders.
Perform invoicing, metrics reporting, and data tracking and data quality assurance reviews on regular timelines/deadlines with efficient attention to detail and accuracy
Learn and adapt to different data systems and/or structures as needed by projects
Build tools to streamline processes and improve data quality assurance
Perform research and analysis and develop clear and concise written summaries of findings
Develop and check energy savings calculations for efficiency projects using analytical skills and common sense
Manipulate and merge data, quickly analyze and summarize data
Catch data errors or discrepancy, even when minor or seemingly inconsequential
Develop and implement customer and contractor outreach plans and tools, including marketing collateral, survey instruments, and outreach campaigns via email or other platforms
Manage email communications to target audiences (i.e., pre- and post- event email communications)
Provide webinar assistance for a range of events (scheduling, recording, monitoring Q&A)
Engage with stakeholders and their organizations by phone, email or in-person if appropriate to recruit and enroll key audiences to participate in program services. Support follow up communications and services, including but not limited to continuing education credits/certificates and other documentation
Promote efficiency resources to targeted audiences, driving participation in client programs to make green improvements to in buildings and transportation
Support customer engagement with rebate, financing, and other incentive programs
Support customer and stakeholder engagement in and scheduling for trainings and other outreach/education activities

Required

Be able to problem solve in ambiguous situations
Experience with data entry and quantitative analyses
Exceptional organizational skill and ability to work independently as a self-motivated team player
Strong written and verbal communication skills with willingness to use phone, email and other methods to most effectively engage audiences
Experience working with stakeholders and clients from the public and private sectors, and comfortable communicating with the general public about program goals and requirements
Customer service ethic and strong professional skills to serve our clients and program partners
Experience working on energy efficiency, and or other distributed energy resource programs for utility and or local government clients
Ability to explain technical or industry-specific information effectively to a diverse stakeholder base.
Strong skillset with MS Word®, MS Excel®, MS PowerPoint®, MS Outlook®, Adobe Acrobat, and Windows® operating systems
An understanding of building performance concepts
Must be able to participate in work events during non-business hours as required
