Responsibilities

Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction

Coordinate, manage and ensure completion of all project tasks

Lead status calls, project meetings, and other client and stakeholder meetings

Establish customer requirement agreements

Prepare deliverables

Lead teams to successfully deliver project scope, on budget, and to client satisfaction

Provide critical, day-to-day support across project teams, the cross-functional organization, and the client organization

Contribute to the growth of the company by building and improving existing methodologies

Conduct internal training

Develop best practice improvements

Required

5+ years of professional consulting, project leadership experience

3+ years of experience as an Engagement Manager / Project Manager role with 1-3 years ServiceNow (professional services experience preferred)

Project estimation experience and Budget Management

Ability to clearly communicate to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Proven project history maintaining high customer satisfaction in complex environments

Strong history of problem solving

Proficient with MS Office and other productivity and project management solutions

Preferred

Scrum Master and Certified System Administrator - Desired
