Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple ServiceNow implementation projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with high client satisfaction.
Develop strong client relationships by acting as the primary point of contact for ServiceNow engagements.
Understand client business roadmaps and identify opportunities to increase revenue by offering additional ServiceNow solutions and services that align with their evolving needs.
Provide strategic guidance to clients on the adoption and implementation of ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps), Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions.
Oversee project teams, including internal consultants, developers, and third-party resources, ensuring seamless collaboration and successful delivery.
Identify and address project risks and challenges, providing proactive solutions to ensure successful project outcomes.
Manage project scope, timelines, and resources while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert insight into best practices for leveraging ServiceNow in the Security and Compliance landscape.
Work closely with c1Secure’s technical and sales teams to ensure alignment between project delivery and customer objectives.

Required

Proven experience in managing and leading ServiceNow implementation engagements.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and the platform’s capabilities, particularly in Security and Risk Management.
Knowledge of industry standards and frameworks (e.g. FedRAMP, NIST, ISO, PCI, etc.) and their integration within ServiceNow solutions.
Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to build relationships, manage expectations, and provide clear communication to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
Experience with agile project management methodologies and tools.

Preferred

Relevant certifications in ServiceNow (CIS, ServiceNow Implementation Specialist) and/or Security (CISSP, CISM) and Project Management (PMP) are highly desirable.
