Responsibilities
Architect and implement transformative client solutions, building detailed, logical plans that meet business goals and drive digital transformation
Oversee project planning and delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. Lead teams, manage resources, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
Conduct risk assessments, manage project financials, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure profitability and minimize disruptions
Serve as the primary client contact, building strong relationships, understanding their needs, and developing tailored solutions to ensure client satisfaction and success
Identify and pursue additional opportunities with existing clients, driving growth and retention through expanded services and ongoing engagement
Collaborate with stakeholders to align technology solutions with long-term business goals, communicate progress regularly, and manage vendor relationships to ensure alignment with program objectives

Required
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. A background in Technology Consulting is highly valued.
10+ year experience designing, implementing, and managing data and analytics solutions, including digital transformation projects
Strong project management skills, overseeing the full project lifecycle from planning to execution, with experience managing multiple projects, risks, resources, scope, and financials
Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, act as the primary point of contact, and manage client expectations while identifying new business opportunities
Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to create and deliver compelling executive-level presentations and communicate complex information to diverse stakeholders
Demonstrated expertise in aligning technology solutions with client business needs, translating business challenges into actionable solutions, and developing long-term strategies
Leadership experience managing cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, and ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet client expectations
Expected travel 10-25%
