Responsibilities
Provide transformational thought leadership for analytics including advanced data modeling, predictive modeling, and analytical techniques.
Be a high-energy, highly motivated self-starter and will be attracted by the opportunity to have significant and measurable impact on an organization

Required
Minimum 4-8 years’ experience in applying analytics to solve business problems and identify new opportunities across a variety of functional areas in a global industrial setting.
Significant experience in strategy, development, implementation of advanced analytics.
Understanding of and hands on experience using analytical concepts and statistical techniques: hypothesis development, designing tests/experiments, analyzing data, drawing conclusions, and developing actionable recommendations.
Experience leading actionable insights initiatives leveraging with a variety of analytics techniques including machine learning, deep learning, text analytics, and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
Understanding of databases and cloud technologies such as Azure environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior executives.
Strong business acumen and ability to quantify both potential and realized business value impact.
Transformational leader with process improvement knowledge and experience developing ongoing continuous improvements with quantifiable results in upgrading talent, processes, and systems.
Strong social/participative leadership style with the ability to listen to employees and customers, demonstrate flexibility while delivering consistent performance.
Ability to work across an organization, share success, and build a culture that embraces change and growth.
