Responsibilities

Support the project management and execution of multi-channel communication campaigns that will drive member enrollment across Color’s entire customer base.
Lead B2B2C email marketing efforts.
Consult with key clients on the most effective way to roll out Color to their audience(s).
Manage the program execution.
Understand the population, the channels that work best to reach them, the messaging that resonates most with them, and enrollment goals to recommend a client-specific strategy.
Own strategic initiatives to evolve our craft, scale our efforts, and test innovative ideas.
Collaborate with the Customer Success Managers to earn the trust of key customer stakeholders through the strength of our strategic and creative recommendations.
Brainstorm with clients, understanding their unique (and often complex) outreach challenges, and partner with internal design, Medical Affairs, and product teams to build a successful enrollment and engagement program.
Track and report on key performance indicators related to enrollment marketing efforts.

Required

5+ years of marketing experience executing high volume marketing campaigns, preferably for a B2B2C product.
Experience using and executing campaigns in Braze software
Experience creating and implementing comprehensive enrollment marketing plans, preferably for a B2B2C product
Demonstrated success driving multi-channel engagement and member acquisition using segmentation, personalization and triggered communications
Strong project management, written and verbal communication skills
Experience collaborating with and presenting to clients
Experience managing and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, analyzing performance data to inform strategy adjustments
Track and report on key performance indicators related to enrollment marketing efforts
Motivated and energetic, proven ability to work independently and collaboratively, learn quickly and drive toward defined goals and targets in a fast-paced high growth environment

Preferred

Experience working with union and blue collar populations
Healthcare B2B2C healthcare marketing experience
Experience working with Metabase, Google Suite
