Responsibilities
Performs engineering assignments under the guidance of an experienced engineer, including collecting data, performing analysis, and presenting recommendations.
Participates in large projects or multiple small projects, analyzing power flows, conducting engineering tests, and validating designs.
Provides technical assistance to senior engineers and managers, promotes a safe work environment, and enhances customer satisfaction.
Analyzes data, market trends, and industry developments to support decision-making and supports Uncrewed Aircraft Systems (UAS) operations.

Required
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering
2 - 4 years of professional engineering experience
Ability to analyze and interpret complex electrical and mechanical systems
Knowledge and ability to apply problem-solving approaches and engineering theory
Knowledge of engineering designs, principles, and practices
General knowledge and experience with regulations, guides, standards, codes, methods, and practices necessary to perform assignments for a specific discipline, various installations, or services
Preferred
Engineer in Training License
Strong written and oral communication/presentation skills, report generation & technical writing skills
Interpersonal skills & the ability to collaborate with peers and managers
Consulting and needs assessment skills
Time, project management, and multi-tasking skills
Valid FAA Remote Pilot Certificate (Part 107)
Extensive knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations, airspace, weather, and aircraft performance
Understanding of Data Analytics and Data Processing
Knowledge of UAS software and data management systems
Ability to analyze and maintain/repair UAS
