Responsibilities
Establish and monitor all process systems set points.
Identify issues requiring research and study to enhance plant efficiency.
Analyze daily operation performance and communicate results with operations.
Develop tools and processes for continuous improvement and optimization.
Contribute to minimizing plant costs through efficiency studies and action plans.
Ensure audit of process efficiency through measurement and testing.
Recommend actions to improve emission control equipment operation.
Ensure product consistency and compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Assist in preparing performance plans and development studies.
Analyze new investments, methods, or techniques for process adequacy.
Promote new ideas and technologies in the process.

Required
Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering
2-3 years of cement plant experience
Preferred
3 year(s): Cement manufacturing
Bachelors or better in Chemical Engineering or related field
