Responsibilities
Providing technical direction and engineering leadership for a team of engineers
Mentoring and guiding junior engineers
Contributing to the design and development of new products and features
Ensuring that engineering and development processes are followed
Own code quality across the stack and teams
Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code
In addition to your lead responsibilities, you will also be a hands-on-keyboard contributor to Griple

Required
7+ years experience as a full stack engineer in games or game adjacent companies.
5+ years mobile app development
2+ years as an engineering lead or manager
Shipped one or more Unity based apps on iOS/Android
Excellent knowledge of Unity
Deep understanding of engineering principles and processes
Ability to mentor and guide junior engineers
Strong technical and problem-solving skills
