Responsibilities

Managing and leading a team of engineers to develop and maintain products, APIs, and infrastructure for collecting and curating off-platform signals

Driving adoption of our libraries and APIs by creating delightful developer experiences for advertisers

Adopting new privacy-centric standards and APIs and leveraging privacy enhanced technologies to build the next generation of measurement tools

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product, data science, and solutions, to drive advertising revenue and improve campaign performance

Setting team goals and objectives, and tracking progress towards achieving them

Identifying and developing talent within the team and providing mentorship and career development opportunities

Required

2+ years of experience leading engineering teams

5+ years of experience as a software engineer

Experience partnering with product managers and designers to build new products

Preferred

Experience in ads domains that leverages conversion signals, especially direct experience with Signals or Measurement
