Responsibilities
Technical Leadership: Lead the full stack development across multiple products, providing hands-on coding, mentoring, and guidance to a high-performing engineering team. Ensure best practices in code quality, architecture, and performance are followed.
System Architecture: Design and architect robust, scalable, and secure full stack systems (front-end and back-end) tailored for healthcare environments, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, product managers, backend developers, and data scientists to deliver seamless, user-centric features.
Innovation: Continuously iterate on existing features and develop new products, pushing the boundaries of user experience and system performance.
Team Development: Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence within a remote or distributed team environment.

Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
8+ years of experience in full stack or front-end/back-end development.
Proven expertise in designing and implementing high-availability SaaS solutions.
Deep understanding of system design principles, particularly for healthcare or similarly regulated industries.
Hands-on experience with both front-end technologies (HTML5/CSS/JS) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Python, etc.).
Experience working within the healthcare industry or other highly regulated sectors.
Preferred
Strong experience in front-end frameworks such as Angular, PrimeNG, and RESTful APIs.
Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Azure, and familiarity with DevOps processes and APM services.
Ability to design and lead teams in building full stack systems, and coordinate effectively with remote developers.
Understanding of agile development practices and iterative product delivery.
Experience with back-end technologies such as MongoDB, Kafka, and Python.
Familiarity with integrating machine learning models and AI-driven tools into production environments.
