Responsibilities

Lead a team responsible for incident response preparedness and best practices.

Identify and mitigate security incidents, build tools and automation, and collaborate with the broader information security organization.

Evolve the incident response program to meet changing business requirements and align with other incident management teams.

Own, build, and advance the incident response charter, including games, insider risk, and regulatory assessments.

Collaborate with various Netflix teams to defend assets across different sectors.

Drive operational excellence, manage risks, and build cross-functional relationships.

Coach, mentor, and develop a talented and senior team.

Work with frontline teammates, executives, and third-party organizations to coordinate efforts.

Manage a hybrid team of in-person and remote engineers.

Implement strategies for managing high-velocity and stressful environments.

Required

Technical background aligning with software engineering, incident response, and digital forensics

Well versed in adversary techniques, attack lifecycle, and incident response procedures

Experience managing a hybrid team of in-person and remote engineers

Preferred

Meticulous and responsive cross-team communicator and program leader

Ability to coach, mentor, develop, and inspire a talented and senior team

Confidence in working with frontline teammates, executives, and third-party organizations

Ability to drive success with minimal process and heavy emphasis on individual responsibility
