Responsibilities

Lead multiple sprint teams and collaborate with Agile Delivery Leads and Product Managers.

Own software engineering processes, drive good habits, and guide the team in overcoming technology challenges.

Ensure quality and repeatability in automation and testing, balance functional and non-functional metrics, and monitor infrastructure costs.

Collaborate with architects, drive process improvement, and support Agile Delivery Leads and Product Managers in backlog refinement.

Perform technical risk management, foster a learning culture, and own deployment and release cycles.

Required

Leadership in the delivery of software and leadership of technical resources as a software manager or team leader

Willingness to openly assist team members with problem-solving, coupled with the confidence to seek support from others when necessary

Evidence of processes improvement and continuous improvement of SDLC process
