Responsibilities
Oversee the design and engineering phases of offshore wind turbines, substations, foundations, and cabling.
Ensure that engineering solutions comply with industry standards, regulations, and project-specific requirements.
Lead technical feasibility studies and assessments during project planning stages.
Review and approve detailed engineering drawings, technical specifications, and project deliverables.
Ensure the application of high-quality engineering practices to maintain system reliability and performance.
Work closely with project managers, procurement teams, and operations staff to align engineering deliverables with project timelines and budgets.
Coordinate with external stakeholders such as consultants, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
Act as the technical point of contact during the planning, construction, and commissioning phases.
Evaluate and integrate innovative technologies (e.g., floating wind platforms, AI-driven monitoring systems).
Stay updated on advancements in turbine technology, offshore construction techniques, and material science.
Promote the adoption of sustainable and efficient engineering solutions.
Implement design practices that ensure long-term reliability and cost-effective maintenance.
Optimize lifecycle performance of critical components such as turbines, foundations, and electrical systems.
Support end-of-life assessments and upgrades for aging equipment.

Required
Minimum 15 years in Offshore Wind Business
