Responsibilities
Direct Reports: 9 (Inspectors, Engineers, Programmers)
Leading and overseeing engineering teams involved in the design, development, and production of aerospace components and systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive innovation, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to the overall success of the aerospace manufacturing operation.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical engineering is highly preferred)
10+ years of manufacturing experience in a machine shop environment
Aerospace experience (AS 9100) is a MUST
Experience working at a small company
Demonstrated success in managing a team, in a leadership, management, or supervisory role
Ability to regularly interact with external customers and suppliers
Knowledge of Six Sigma or other continuous improvement/lean methodologies
Knowledge of 3D software, Solidworks, AutoCAD, MasterCAM, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
Schematic Reading, GD&T, Design of Jigs and Fixtures, Planning or Methods: MRP/ERP/MES, Jobboss
Advanced Manufacturing Knowledge of EDM, Grinding, Balancing, Knowledge of AS9100 Quality Systems
