Responsibilities

Design and develop a high-volume, fault-tolerant, scalable distributed system using Java, JavaScript, Golang, AWS services, and other technologies

Collaborate with stakeholders in product management and cross-functional teams

Shape development processes to ensure high-quality output and quick iterations

Review deliverables for accuracy, quality, and completeness

Create architecture and design documents, project timeline, and user stories

Lead and manage a globally distributed development team

Mentor and guide the professional and technical development of team members

Required

7+ years of professional engineering experience

4+ years of experience leading a team (team/tech lead or Engineering Manager)

BS or MS in Computer Science or a similar engineering discipline

Preferred

Experience with Microservices architecture is a plus

AWS experience is a plus
