Responsibilities
Manage the design and development of manufacturing products, equipment, tools, and machinery.
Develop and implement engineering processes, systems, and solutions.
Provide technical support and mentorship to engineers.
Identify areas of process improvement, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
Conduct cost analysis and cost reduction initiatives.
Develop and implement a raw material validation system for the Quality department.
Conduct raw material analysis to ensure all reported materials match the product structure and correct any mismatches.
Conducting internal FAIs for new or updated products throughout the process.
Analyzing waste with system reports (E47) and scrap analysis reports from QA.
Creating and updating a PFMA chart as manufacturing processes change.
Provide technical support to other departments as needed.
Manage budgets and timelines for engineering projects.
Other duties as needed

Required
Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related field
5+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role
In-depth knowledge of engineering processes, production, and machinery
Proficient in MS and CAD software systems
Ability to analyze data and develop cost reduction solutions
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
