Responsibilities

Lead and execute complex engineering projects from inception to deployment, aligning with strategic goals and demonstrating visionary leadership and empathy.

Manage resources efficiently to support team performance, advocating for an integrated, innovative approach, refining development processes, and promoting a culture of diversity, inclusion, and continuous improvement.

Stay abreast of technology trends to integrate innovative practices, fostering collaboration across departments for aligned engineering efforts and customer satisfaction enhancements.
