Responsibilities
Serve as a Manager to deliver work focused on the commercial and multifamily sectors. Responsible for overseeing all aspects of performance, including financial management, contract deliverables, strategic planning, quality assurance, and operational effectiveness.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and help build and maintain relationships.
Identify and develop new opportunities, collaborate on proposals, and develop new business with new and existing clients.
Manage workload of project engineering teams to conduct site visits, engineering analysis, and reports.
Maintain client project database.
Lead, manage, inspire, and mentor staff.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or related field preferred or equivalent education/work experience
5+ years of experience with utility project management or working in the industry
Firm understanding of procurement best practices and contract administration
Proficient in developing/or implementing data collection, tracking, and reporting processes (i.e. Customer relationship management (CRM) efforts)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of creating and managing styles in Word preferred
Skilled in persistent follow-up to ensure tasks are completed on time
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines
Open to learning and embracing new challenges
Preferred
Knowledge of energy engineering, M&V, sustainable practices, A&E, construction industry terminology is a plus
