Responsibilities

End to end ownership of team deliverables and objectives

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other related field

At least 2 years of experience leading engineering teams of 6-10+ software engineers

Hands-on leader who writes code, conducts code reviews, and is involved in architectural design and strategy work

Effective communication skills and a proven track record of effective hiring and team building

Ability to thrive in ambiguity and fast-paced, evolving environments

Empathetic leader who builds strong teams
