Responsibilities
Provide technical expertise in Water/Wastewater engineering, including design, analysis, and optimization of treatment systems.
Lead, manage, and oversee multiple engineering projects concurrently, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
Mentor and guide Project Managers and junior engineers within the practice.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and delivery of high-quality solutions.
Ensure all engineering projects adhere to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Contribute to the development of the engineering practice by identifying business opportunities and participating in proposal preparation.

Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, or a related field
Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly preferred
15 plus years of experience in water/wastewater engineering with a proven track record of successful project delivery
Strong knowledge of water/wastewater treatment processes, regulations, and industry standards
Excellent project management and leadership skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Preferred
Business development experience is a plus
