Responsibilities
Use strong leadership skills to lead your team to successful results
Manage a team of engineering and manuals coordinators
Ensure timely and accurate processing of Engineering Change Orders (ECOs)
Manage shop folder creation and content
Ensure accurate distribution of engineering documents
Be responsible for department metric definition, tracking, and analysis for improvement
Lead continuous improvement projects that affect multiple departments
Work with customers and vendors to improve document handling
Support Oracle ERP item creation and maintenance
Ensure accurate completion of Engineer to Order manuals and data books
Encourage efforts to map, define, optimize, and document processes

Required
Associate’s degree
Experience in an engineering organization
Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint.
Leadership experience, either through direct supervision or influence.
Legal work authorization in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this role
