Responsibilities
Develop short-term and long-term goals for ship repair projects.
Coordinate daily and weekly production activities on ship repair contracts.
Communicate project status to customers and Project Manager.
Establish work standards, production schedules, and quality requirements.
Maintain effective working relationships with craft workers and customers.
Monitor worker safety and environmental concerns.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in marine engineering, naval architecture or other related engineering function.
Four to six (4 to 6) years of progressively more complex work experience demonstrating the required ship repair and production management skills
Working knowledge of Electronic Warfare systems
