Responsibilities
Work to support a group of 30-40 students online within one of our business or general education courses
Act as a teacher, mentor, and coach to students as they learn new skills and develop as professionals
Attend lectures within the 11 week term (held between 9:00am-1:00pm ET or 6:00pm-10:00pm ET)
Lead discussion sections once per week
Host 1-hour of office hours per week
Grade for 30-40 students per course

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Composition and Rhetoric
Bachelor’s degree in Writing Studies
Bachelor’s degree in Technical and Professional Writing
Certificates with an emphasis in relevant areas
Teaching or tutoring experience on writing and essay development
Preferred
Current graduate student or business professional
Experience teaching or tutoring online
Ability to TA for multiple quarters and/or multiple discussion sections
