Responsibilities
Successfully contact candidates via various methods in order to enroll them in the Right Management program identified for them.
Assess and determine special needs or issues influencing the engagement decision, explaining the nature of our service offerings, assisting in mode of service preference and selection, and offer accelerated or conventional start scenarios resulting in service initiation.
Maintain accurate records in various systems.
Provide an exceptional experience for both candidates and clients to ensure that they utilize the programs that have been selected for them and are successful in initiating the programs.
Lead with guiding values of ManpowerGroup and ensure that relevant industry knowledge is provided to candidates.

Required
Industry: Virtual contact center experience preferred
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Technology: Competency in MS office products, ability to multitask and a high level of data integrity
Experience: excellent customer service skills
Preferred
Language: bilingual experience (English, French, Spanish)
Experience: previous experience in a similar role
