Responsibilities

Conduct end-to-end testing of Salesforce Solutions, including configuration and Customization (APEX classes, -Triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web components, etc.)

Execute test cases using Salesforce testing tools and frameworks

Participate in daily scrum meetings, analyze assigned user stories, identify/resolve gaps in functional user stories/business requirements

Experience with Quality Assurance practices and tools and Experience in Agile projects

Good understanding of Salesforce CRM Application Modules & Processes and Salesforce Security

Working experience in different Salesforce Clouds specially Sales, Service and Customer Experience Cloud

Experience of difference types of testing – Functional, UI/UX, Regression

Understanding of Salesforce CRM Architecture and Concepts

Strong communication skills are required (oral and written)
