Responsibilities
The first week focuses on high-level onboarding, including joining the company, setting up technology, and initiating impactful actions.
In the second week, activities could include attending team offsite events, mastering platform use cases, and finalizing account lists.
By the third week, you should be actively managing accounts and participating in internal meetings and events.
The fourth week emphasizes prospecting and preparing for upcoming events while ensuring control over owned accounts.
In the next 60 days, the focus is on strengthening internal relationships and operational efficiency, with objectives including driving relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, optimizing the forecasting process, and maximizing engagement.
In the next 90 days, key objectives include closing the first significant deal and advancing projects and conversations with target accounts.
Clarifying sales resources and defining specific objectives for both individual and internal team support is crucial.

Required
5+ years of technology/SaaS sales experience and 3 years of enterprise sales experience
Proven track record and consistent attainment of $1M+ ARR/year
Consistent performance in bookings and pipeline creation
Experience working closely with other teams (e.g., Customer Success, Product, Project Management, Mid-Market Sales)
