Responsibilities

Taking full ownership of your business, strategy, opportunities, pipeline, and revenue net new Enterprise accounts in the Northeast.

Understanding customer’s business requirements and aligning Kong solutions that will add value and help them achieve their business objectives

Providing account leadership and direction in the pre- and post-sales process and contributing to analysis on wins/losses

Effectively managing and leveraging Cross-functional relationships with SE, SDR, Operations, Marketing, Product, Legal, etc.

Fostering and Encouraging partnership with the Channel, Cloud Providers, Systems Integrators, ISVs, etc.

Building large ecosystem-based sales campaigns

Embracing the sales process with attention to detail

Operating with a high standard of excellence

Meeting Customers and Partners on-site and remotely, as well as attending events, trade shows, etc.
