Responsibilities
Drive full-cycle sales in new and existing accounts within our core verticals.
Define and execute territory/account sales plans for assigned geographic territory.
Meet and exceed sales goals (quotas) through prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing sales opportunities within the assigned Named Accounts.
Develop and manage pipelines, prospects, and move a large number of transactions simultaneously through the sales pipeline.
Lead a cross-functional account team through complex sales cycles and create alignment between the Sitetracker and customer teams.
Become Sitetracker certified within 60 days.
Understand Sitetracker business objectives and strategy.
Familiarize yourself with the assigned territory and create territory, account, and opportunity strategy.
Develop effective and productive cross-functional relationships within the team.
Establish your pipeline and take ownership of existing business relationships and accounts.
Articulate the Sitetracker message to customers and prospects.
Conduct successful meetings and advance opportunities and accounts.
Execute the Sitetracker sales process, including requirements on qualification (MEDDPICC) and documentation within 120 days.
Plan territory and define pipeline within 120 days.
Engage with customers and prospects and track goals.
Meet sales specific goals (ARR / # new logo) and deliver against goals in a way that demonstrates quality, integrity, and respect within 365 days.
Identify opportunities for improvement and take initiative to recommend and implement best practices.

Required
Expert level knowledge, experience and network in the energy and solar space.
Ability to leverage passion for the energy revolution and customers/market challenges to bring awareness of Sitetracker's unique capabilities.
Ability to define and execute territory/account sales plans for assigned geographic territory.
Ability to meet and exceed sales goals (quotas) through prospecting, qualifying, managing and closing sales opportunities within the assigned Named Accounts.
Ability to develop and manage pipelines, prospects and move a large number of transactions simultaneously through the sales pipeline.
Ideally worked for smaller companies/startups.
Ability to lead a cross-functional account team through complex sales cycles and create alignment between the Sitetracker and customer teams.
