Responsibilities
Ensure frequent contact with customer base to uncover new opportunities and encourage upgrades and cross-sell other services
Track expiring accounts and ensure all accounts are renewed upon expiration
Develop a strong bond with new and existing accounts within your assigned territory
Handle all escalations, such as billing or support issues that are not resolved through normal channels, for your assigned accounts
Schedule appointments with outside sales team for product demos and to generate interest in additional 11:11 Solutions service offerings
Ensure contacts with all assigned accounts are kept updated in CRM system
Educate and evangelize 11:11 Solutions products to new contacts added to accounts
Schedule and perform online presentations and demonstrations for existing accounts
Manage and track all sales activities within CRM system
All other duties as assigned

Required
Bachelor’s degree required
7+ years of sales and account management experience in IT software or services
Strong communication and organizational skills
Salesforce.com experience
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; customer service skills are key
Ability to speak multiple languages preferred
Preferred
Ideal candidate is dynamic, adaptable, and proactive with an entrepreneurial spirit
