Responsibilities

Engage with potential customers to understand their requirements and help shape and qualify the opportunity

Identify the company’s services that will address the needs and transformational opportunities

Document the customer/ potential customer’s requirements and engage the Solutions team for the detailed design of the solution

Create customer solutions presentations and support negotiations in partnership with Sales Executives

Stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation and provide feedback to Portfolio teams and stakeholders

Giving support, focusing on customers, embracing technology, managing self-development
