Responsibilities

Develop and implement cloud strategies that align with the company’s business objectives, focusing on scalability, cost-efficiency, and security.

Design, migrate, and optimize cloud-based solutions across public, private, and hybrid cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

Lead the cloud architecture design and ensure cloud technologies are integrated into the enterprise architecture.

Apply deep knowledge of the insurance sector, including regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR), claims processing, underwriting, and risk management, to shape enterprise architecture solutions.

Collaborate with business leaders in insurance operations to ensure technology solutions meet industry-specific needs, including compliance, security, and reporting requirements.

Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture framework that incorporates cloud solutions, applications, data, and security, with an emphasis on the insurance business processes.

Lead architectural reviews to ensure adherence to best practices, governance standards, and enterprise policies.

Establish and enforce architecture standards, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across all technology implementations.

Work closely with business stakeholders, including senior management, product owners, and department heads, to understand and translate business needs into cloud and technology solutions.

Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement cloud-based solutions that support the organization’s strategic goals.

Serve as a trusted advisor for cloud and insurance technology decisions, ensuring alignment between IT and business objectives.
